    Your Responsibilities

    • Coordinate contract review with Account Executive, Producer and Attorney’s.
    • Conduct an annual review of all master contracts and work with attorney to implement any updates.
    • Make routine changes to contracts as needed.
    • Conduct research on contractual and regulatory issues.
    • Coordinate follow up to ensure all contracts are received and properly executed in reasonable time.
    • Review contracts periodically to answer questions relating to terms and conditions.
    • Set any follow up items for time sensitive contract issues.
    • Coordinate all new and existing contract requirements including E&O certificates, licenses, financials, and questionnaires.
    • Maintain accurate, organized contract files and deposit box listings.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree in business and/or 2 years of equivalent work experience in legal the field or related area.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the legal field.
    • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet sensitive deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Effective verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
