The Recruiter will perform full cycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to placement of qualified individuals. The successful candidate will have experience in talent attraction and management, employer branding, sourcing strategies, behavioral interviewing, and applicant tracking systems. You will partner closely with Lockton’s leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and attract top talent to the organization across a large business segment. This candidate will be an organizational expert, work effectively with internal clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the knowledge to ask the right questions, listen to the customer’s needs, diagnose the issues and then prescribe a plan of action.
