    <p>Each new user downloading the RC app will earn the CA 25 cents. Every student registering for a RC frame for use on a resume, social media or personal site, will earn 25 cents over the download commission. Frames in a name other than an individual, will earn a 1 dollar fee for each enrollment.</p>
