We are preparing to launch an app in the travel tech space. We are looking for an intern to report directly to the COO and VP of Business Development at a ground floor start-up.

This candidate must be energetic, creative, and smart intern to help drive user growth, build our brand, and work with our customers.

• Drive growth hack exercises that will increase our social followings
• Manage and keep track of all primary and secondary KPI’s
• Put together reports and statistics for the Head of User Acquisition
• Gather and organize creative assets and prepare them for distribution in accordance with the marketing calendar
• Analyze and report data from Google Analytics
• Develop a portfolio of social media influencers, identify key partners to work with that are relevant to the brand
• Provide contact information and helpful lead criteria for VP to secure new partnerships to drive revenue

• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales. You've worked with people and enjoy it, even if it was in a high school or college job
• Knowledge of social media. You're on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, a lot. You know what you like and don't like and why
• Strong written and spoken communication skills. You understand what it means to write to an audience, and can craft emails that get a response
• Passion for finding solutions. This role will give you the opportunity to try big things that you’ve come up with. It’s expected
• Willingness to work extremely hard and do any job that needs doing. Startups are not easy, and we all work on everything. It can mean long hours, but it's nearly always fun
