Community Manager:

• Answering support tickets in a timely fashion

• Logging bugs and troubleshooting technical issues with users and League developers.

• Talking to users in the community to get feedback on new features and influence our product roadmap.

• Curating regionally-specific on-brand content, creating events (as well as discount codes for events), reviewing profiles/photos and providing feedback to waitlisted users.

Secondary Responsibility (Choose One):

• Regional Marketing

• Creating and executing on growth-targeted campaigns to acquire users for your assigned region.

Social Media/Content Marketing:

• Come up with social media campaigns and build up our archive of social media content.

• Get exposure to tools like Adobe Illustrator, Sketch to create social campaigns.

• Ability to own social media channels for a designated time during your internship.

• College Senior Ambassador Program

• Work with other interns to build out a college graduating-senior ambassador program.

• Execute program at your college, as well as 2 other colleges of your choice.

QA/Product:

• Work with product & qa to ship features in our ios and android app Design

• Work with design to build graphics and collateral to help move

• Data Analysis

• Work in SQL to help understand League user behavior and make recommendations

• Rising juniors and seniors preferred, though all are welcome to apply

• Great writing and communication skills, enjoy interacting and chatting with people.

• A creative eye, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude.

• Confident, outgoing, extrovert - ability to walk into a room and strike up a conversation with strangers.

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML or CSS a plus.
