Over the next five years, Look will grow into a global community of more than 300 million customers. Our community uses Look all day long to share visual updates with friends. And high school and college students are an important part of that experience from the very beginning.

The Look Marketing team creates marketing programs that promote Look to students around the globe.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to research and analyze user behaviors, user experiences in-app, develop product messaging, produce materials and work with college-based teams to integrate that messaging into a variety of collateral, events and digital channels.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing positioning and messaging
• Produce corresponding deliverables—messaging documents/presentations/ guides, product collateral, pitch decks
• Uncover trends, data and insights to build out our app proposition to users
• Work cross-functionally with all teams within Look
• Any and all that needs to be tackled in order to drive Look's growth
• Build online and offline communities within one of three core demographics (College, Young Males, Young Mothers) Foster, engage, and grow those communities while hitting KPMs

• Please already live in the Bay Area or already planning on relocating here within the next 30 days
• 1+ years experience in marketing or advertising, developing strategy, positioning and messaging.
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to think creatively
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple projects at the same time
• Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Doc equivalents
