• Attention to detail and sufficient planning
• Manage client social media platforms using relevant, inspiring, and engaging content that connects with the target customers.
• Develop, design, plan and execute the creation of Social Thriving Instagram, Facebook & Twitter pages.
• Understand differences of each platform and optimize content accordingly.
• Post to client social media outlets 3-4 times a week with the use of stories.
• Interact and engage with customers/followers within Instagram’s comments, DMs, & comment pods.
• Work with content team to come up with organized weekly plans in advance.
• Create organized Marketing Plans and collaborate on mini campaigns.
• Incorporate, giveaways, trending topics, and engaging posts on our social media.
• Lead efforts in the planning, development and implementation of brand voice, social media strategies, editorial calendars and concept ideation.
• Review Marketing Analytics and share with team and/or client.
• Research top micro influencers within client’s target market.
• Create programs to increase brand awareness and connect with consumers.
• Collaborate with team in creation of client invoicing and reports.
