DESCRIPTION

Leads and owns Global disbursement operations—ACH, Check, wire transfers, FX trades for Under Armour’s Domestic and International business.

• Responsible for the daily processing, approval, and release of disbursements made via Reval (Treasury Workstation), SAP and the banking portals according to set policies and procedures.
• Reviews all wire requests to ensure accuracy before being processed.
• Enters vendor bank instructions for wire transfers in Reval.
• Leads disbursement related research and responds to Accounting or other departments that have requested assistance.
• Develop and maintain weekly cash forecasts and collaborates with Global Treasury.
• Responsible for reconciling A/P general ledger accounts and timely processing of manual A/P disbursement activity in SAP
• Owns and collaborates on special projects as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work without supervision while being accountable for individual and department results.
• Establish, develop and maintain effective cross functional working relationships to ensure an integrated contribution to the company's corporate objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify needs/issues, probe for root causes, and evaluate alternative business solutions and approaches
• Experience using SAP is preferred.
• Ability to accomplish work within required timelines, including short, long, and emergency timeframes required.
• Ability to work with others to accomplish challenging assignments required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements required.
• Proficient skills using various bank web-based systems required.
• Knowledge of payment recording processes to facilitate the resolution of discrepancies preferred.
• Understanding of procedures in dealing with international and domestic regulation relating to banking transactions preferred.
