Under Armour is looking for an independently motivated Team Sports Sales Manager to service and drive our Team Uniform, Sideline, & Footwear Sales for a diverse customer base in the North Central US with a strong focus on Women’s Sport. Responsibilities to include account management of national and regional Team Sports distributors as well as institutional and club/organizational sales in North & South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa.

    What will I do at Under Armour?

    • Manage all phases of the accounts business. Product presentations, go to market strategy, inventory planning, order bank management, and market share.
    • Actively train and develop the distributor sales force on all things Under Armour Team Sports; product, programs, process, & strategy.
    • Provide service and support to Director and Sr Manager of Sales as well as customer service, marketing and planning functions.
    • Work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure success; regional sales team, product, operations, marketing, and customer service.
    • Weekly/Monthly Reporting of Sales vs. Forecast.
    • Track, Monitor and Report Monthly Orders & Sales.
    • Travel to corporate HQ and regional Team Sports Events as needed.
    • Position will be based in the Central Northwest, preferably Minneapolis, MN.

    What does Under Armour need from me?

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 5yrs. + experience in Sales working with regional or national accounts in Team Sports sales industry.
    • Determination to help UA continue to be the industry leader.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability and willingness to travel throughout a large geographic territory.
    • High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs & MS Office.
