As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2021 and June 2022.

Marketing Rookies support the team in overseeing aspects of strategic planning towards future acquisitions, event planning and operations. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or Public Relations.

Account Services

Account Services Rookies support our team by analyzing account fill rates and actively problem solving for delayed product. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Sales Management, Business Analytics, Sports Management, Business Operations, or Supply Chain.

Logistics

Logistics Rookies support our teams by acting as a daily liaison for the tactical execution between UA cross functional teams focusing on logistics. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Economics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.

Store Operations

Store Ops Rookies support our teams with the creation and implementation of store operations standards throughout the globe. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Economics, or Retail Studies.
