METTA SPORT is a global sports marketing & distribution company. We negotiate content licensing and distribution deals around the world with broadcast/cable/satellite TV, mobile and digital platforms. We primarily license live and near-live broadcasts of sporting events.
Currently, we manage rights for over 1500 live events including NCAA sports from Pac-12, SEC, Big Ten, fitness content, pro surfing, eSports and much more. Our firm is also developing other verticals, including Sponsorship (Brands), original content production and talent representation.
eSports is currently our most active content area. 50-75% of the time may be spent on eSports related work. It will be important to know the difference between LoL, Dota2, and Overwatch.
Candidates should be interested in media, sports, and technology. You should be resourceful, curious, motivated, detail-oriented and possess top-notch written communication & organization skills.
If you are international and speak a foreign language, great! We could use experts for Latin America, Asia, Europe...any specific territory expertise is valuable.
