To ensure the safety of facility patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Ensure that safe and quality programs at the Town Pool and Old Res are offered and maintained. Enforce all staff policies and supervise staff when on duty.

Responsibilities include: •Responsible for facilities when Aquatics Manager is not present. •Ensure the safety of all bathers at the Town Pool and Old Res. •Manage all activities at the Town Pool and Old Res. •Post lifeguard assignments and schedules

•Be in possession of a current Red Cross or American Heart CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification (CPR-FPR) •Be in possession of a current AED Essentials Certification •Be in possession of a current Red Cross Lifeguard Training or YMCA Lifeguard Certification •Possession of a valid Water Safety Instructor, Level I and/or Level II Certification preferred. •Previous supervisory experience at another waterfront facility or equal is preferred. •Mature and responsible
