  • Responsibilities
    1. Responsible -- arrives early to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots Director or Program Coordinators.
    2. Professional -- self-assured, neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with daycare center staff and parents.
    3. Enthusiastic -- must enjoy young kids, be able to connect with kids ages 2-8, and must make the Soccer Shots class the best 35 minutes of their week!
    4. Soccer -- familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful, but not necessary.

    Additional essentials:

    1. Serves as a role model to children, exemplifying Soccer Shots core values and program philosophy.
    2. Commitment to excellence, quality, and safety at all times.
    3. Teaches children basic soccer skills while also stressing the importance of character development
    4. Effectively communicates with Soccer Shots directors or program coordinators as well as center directors, teachers, and parents.

  • Compensation
    Our pay scale starts at $18 per 35-minute session. We provide paid training and equipment. At some centers, there could be multiple classes, meaning you could run 2, 3, 4 or even 5 classes in a row. We do our best to stack all sessions with nearby locations to optimize the opportunity for our staff. The more availability you have, the more sessions you can coach, the more money you can make. And because we run seasons all year round, there is the potential to coach beyond one season.
