Lifeguards and/or Waterski Coaches at Winadu assist in all aspects of the Lake and water sports Program for boys ages 7-14.

• Lifeguards/counselors work as part of a Waterfront team where you will help lead and run the designed instructional lessons and water sports.
• Counselors mentor campers in a program designed to foster sportsmanship & teamwork that embodies “Building Character Through Sports.
• All in the same day, a counselor can be coaching, spending time at the lake and participating in a campfire.
• Counselors make activities fun and encourage campers to participate.

The ideal candidate will be high energy, fun, comfortable trying new things and enjoy working with children.

*Winadu is approximately 3 hours from Boston and NYC.

Lifeguards/Waterfront counselors should:

• Enjoy working with children
• Have a high level of patience
• Have a solid work ethic and be open minded

Camp Winadu, an overnight boys summer camp, has been building character, teaching sports, and celebrating summer camp traditions in the Berkshire Mountains since 1927.
