The Events Associate is a part-time job/internship reporting directly to the ZogCulture Events & Operations Manager. The successful candidate will help run and grow ZogCulture’s spring and summer events in 2018 while learning and gaining invaluable experience. Responsibilities and duties include:

• Assist Events & Operations Manager in executing all events and help bring thousands of people together that want to have fun both in and out of the office.
• Independently oversee the execution of a portion of ZogCulture events.
• Aid in training of the on-site event staff/ field team
• Play a role in the planning, scheduling, and the organizational process pre-event

• Highly organized and energetic person.
• Experience and comfort working with groups.
• A Leader – interested in managing a number of staff to successfully execute events. Interested in creatively developing and improving fun ideas and concepts for games and activities.
• Flexible schedule – this position is part time but days and hours may vary depending on the event schedule.
• Interested in working with a small team creating exciting and memorable experiences for companies in a wide range of industries.
