• Assistance with general inquiries of incoming participants in-person, over the phone, and via e-mail.
• Handling occasional management, fulfillment, and delivery of equipment and team shirt orders
• Own in-office equipment inventory documents
• Work with referees to collect and update games scores and league standings
• Ensure team charities are assigned to winning team donations are made
• Recruiting and phone screening part-time job candidates
• Updating website when weather issues arise
• Assist in creation and research of competitive analysis
• Weekly meeting with supervisor to allow for continued progress and realistic goal-setting
• Other duties as assigned

• College Student (Junior or Senior preferred) in the NYC area willing to commit 3-5 days/week, for at least 5 hours/day throughout the summer semester (ideally, 20-24 hours per week; will consist of mostly weekdays between 10am and 6pm, but other hours may be necessary in rare instances).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Know the difference between their/they’re/there. Don’t abuse apostrophe’s.
• Outgoing personality with an excellent sense of humor. No stone-faced, negative Nancys ‘round here.
• Creative mind. Have you made statements that were met with a reaction of “WTF, dude?!” Perfect!
