    The Account Coordinator assists with open orders for National and Practice Management Accounts and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This position acts as a liaison between divisional teams and clients by providing administrative support in multiple areas including but not limited to timesheets, invoicing, and submitting presents. The Account Coordinator helps our business develop relationships with clients and is responsible for handling incoming requests from clients and clinicians, escalating and routing as appropriate, to ensure issues are resolved timely.

    • Acts as first point of contact for client and collectors regarding billing, invoice, and timesheet questions
    • Receives Confirmations of Assignment (COAs) and uses Salesforce to verify accuracy
    • Organizes COAs in a shared drive and attaches COA to timesheets weekly via Foxit PDF (Paperless)
    • Routes and/or escalates incoming requests from clients and clinicians; ensures issues are resolved timely
    • Creates Mapquests as backup for mileage and attaches to timesheets weekly via Foxit as needed
    • Operates Client Billing/Sales Portal Platforms
    • Verifies entered work hours are accurate in systems
    • Reviews and cross-checks LT open invoices with client records
    • Adds new clinicians, uploads required documents, name clears, presents, bookings, and timesheets in client portal
    • Opens orders in Salesforce when opened in client portal, if necessary
    • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems

    • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

    SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

    • May communicate with external clients and/or clinicians as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1+ year of related experience preferred

    PHYSICAL, MENTAL, WORKING CONDITION, AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    • Typical office environment - sedentary with typing, writing, reading requirements
