    Position Summary

    The Account Manager Associate is a role within each discipline’s business development team. The individuals in this position will be trained to support the organization’s objectives by building and maintaining long term business relationships with client managers. This individual should effectively and consistently communicate by phone with client managers and identify and generate consultant assignment opportunities from a database of client managers. The Account Manager Associate will work towards meeting the requirements of a successful performing quarter as defined by management.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet the production goals for the quarter as defined by management: adding client managers to his/her database and assigning consultants to assignments
    • Participate in Account Manager trainingand learn essential networking skills
    • Identify client managers through telephone cold calling, research print material and internet resources
    • Call potential and existing hiring managers within current client companies
    • Network with existing managers to new managersw within client companies
    • Ensure the quality of the database information through follow-up calls and correspondence
    • Generate consutlant assignment opportunities with new and existing client managers
    • Work with the client manager and Oxford Account Manager to clearly define the skills required on a consultant assignment
    • Determine the consultant's project assignment start and end dates
    • Resolved all issues pertaining to a consultant's emloyment in a timely fashion
    • Other duties as assigned

    Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
    • MUST be comfortable making outbound sales calls in a call center environment
    • Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
    • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, competitive environment.
    • Solid analytical and problem solving skills

    Education

    Bachelor's Level Degree

    Experience

    0-2 years of work experience preferred
