As an Applicant Manager for our new Talent Acquisition start-up, your responsibility includes:

• Contacting Applicants in a timely fashion
• Walking Candidates through our clients' application process
• General Knowledge of the position they are applying in case applicants ask
• Organize and know how to use ATS systems so no qualified candidates slip through the crack

• Organizational skills must be a strong suite for you as you will be handling hundreds of applicants.

• People person and great communication skills a plus

• Ability to connect with potential candidates and assist them in the application process. We want to insure the candidate experience is amazing.
