  • Responsibilities

    At the core of your role, you’ll be sourcing governance professionals for positions in the financial services sector or IT professionals in the technology space. This will involve:

    • Networking
    • Advertising
    • Negotiating
    • Business development
    • Meeting with candidates to discuss how you can help them as well as giving them an insight into the market.

    Our team is small and fluid consisting of experts in individual fields so on a daily basis your responsibilities change based on your work portfolio, the training you are undertaking, and the structure you put in place for yourself.

  • Qualifications
    • A Bachelor's Degree
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with a variety of professionals.
    • Understanding that working with a blossoming startup is going to put you in a variety of business situations that will test you regularly. You can go as far as you push yourself to go.
    • Any sales experience is certainly a positive though not required with the right attitude.

    $40,000 - $50,000 + commission
