The Associate role is the first step on the career development journey at Dore, which culminates in the opportunity to become a Search Director.

The Role

Your role will be to contribute to the successful assessment and delivery of senior level talent for our client partners. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting primary and secondary research, including desk based qualitative research and systematized relationship building and networking • Developing in-depth industry knowledge through proactively mapping individuals, companies and industries in our core market areas • Building a comprehensive network of senior talent and thought leaders within these markets, and being able to identify, access, track and engage rising stars in relevant industries • Preparing and producing client reports with a focus on human capital, and execute project specific analysis where required • Supporting colleagues across the team with search execution and business development as needed

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of a 3.4 GPA • Emotional intelligence; the ability to handle interpersonal relationships with empathy and good judgement • Persuasion; someone who can understand individual drivers to influence outcomes • The gravitas and confidence to successfully communicate with individuals at a senior level • A results focused outlook; someone who is motivated by the relationship between result and reward • Critical thinking and proactive problem solving; the ability to quickly assimilate information from a wide variety of sources, coupled with a tenacious approach to project execution • A demonstrable interest in business • Resilience; experience of overcoming obstacles to achieve results • A self-starting nature; someone who is effective operating autonomously and with minimal guidance
