The Billing Coordinator is responsible for effectively working with finance, accounting, client services, and the sales operations departments to develop accurate and timely invoicing of reimbursable expenses to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of reimbursable expenses to clients
- Prepare and compile support for all reimbursable expenses being invoiced to clients
- Ensure expenses being invoiced are within terms of the client contract
- Timely and professionally address all client inquiries
- Perform all other duties as assigned
