As a Business Development Executive you will:
Identify and manage your own leads, utilizing online and offline sources to find new clients and candidates
Meet and exceed your revenue targets by maintaining a strong pipeline and an accurate forecast
Identify and place the most qualified candidates into roles, from interviewing through hiring
Demonstrate the EVP of Michael Page’s hiring solutions and consistently gain new business
Develop strong rapport with key decision-makers
Maintain and increase personal knowledge of priority sectors and market trends
