Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you play a critical role in building out the portfolio of clients in a specific industry that Michael Page partners with and supports. If your version of ABC’s “always be closing” then this is the job for you. As a Business Development Executive you will:

  • Identify and manage your own leads, utilizing online and offline sources to find new clients and candidates

  • Meet and exceed your revenue targets by maintaining a strong pipeline and an accurate forecast

  • Identify and place the most qualified candidates into roles, from interviewing through hiring

  • Demonstrate the EVP of Michael Page’s hiring solutions and consistently gain new business

  • Develop strong rapport with key decision-makers

  • Maintain and increase personal knowledge of priority sectors and market trends

Qualifications

A successful Business Development Executive will have:

  • Interest or experience in a fast-paced, sales oriented environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
