    GQR Global Markets are seeking an ambitious, tenacious, motivated and internationally-minded individual to join our International Account Management team. You will be a company ambassador representing our values and will become the first point of call for our key clients across Americas. You will actively participate in key client initiatives and benefit from high-level strategic exposure across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing New Relationships
    • Market Mapping and Introducing our Services to Complimentary Businesses
    • Coordinating with Management from the MBR's and Approaching Specific Clients
    • Creating Pitch books to Sell GQR USPs & Business Areas
    • Attending External & Organizing Internal Professional Networking Events
    • Strengthening Corporate Relationship between the firm and its clients
    • Identifying and Monetizing Growth in Revenue Streams
    • Cross Pollinating Engagement into new divisions/regions.
    • Improving Workflow/Process Management
    • Increasing Coverage / Improving Terms of Business with GQR Clients Analytics and Reporting
    • Allocating New Requisitions through Appropriate Channels
    • Monitoring Delivery Levels into Client Accounts
    • Collating Market News and Conducting Monday Morning Meetings
    • Writing of Market Commentary to Send Update Clients
    • Organizing & Hosting Monthly Business Reviews
    • Negotiating Terms of Business with New Clients
    • Reporting Personal Performance Figures to Regional Heads

  • Qualifications

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Ideally 6 months - 2 years Technology or Finance Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing/Account Management although an exceptional track record in a non-recruitment, sales industry will be considered
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Solutions orientated
    • A strong desire to maintain a well-regarded personal & brand reputation with our clients.
    • Ambitious, tenacious, sociable and motivated
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret data in a concise manner
    • Someone who is a strong believer in the meritocratic business model rewarding people based on success

    Required Experience

    • A strong sales foundation comprised from one of the following industries: B2B sales, Recruitment Consultancy, Executive Search, Account Management Or Telecommunications.
    • Strong commercial awareness and appetite to further understand recruiting strategies and business models
    • An individual who can demonstrate strong communication skills through past projects
