We are a Jackson Healthcare company, the third largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for making all scheduled recruiting lead sourcing calls daily in order to assist our production teams. This will be a part-time, remote role.

Main responsibilities will be contacting new clinician leads and updating provider preferences in our database, SalesForce.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintaining account histories in SalesForce.

• Completing lead sourcing assignments promptly and courteously.

• Promoting the Company’s professional image.

• Assisting area associates and keeps management informed of activities and any significant issues.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• College degree preferred but not required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of types of customers and their needs.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Able to work 15-29 hours per week.

• Able to work under minimal direct supervision.

• Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

• Good organizational skills.

• Able to work well independently.

• Good telephone skills.

• Good computer skills and accurate typing abilities.
