  • Responsibilities

    As the Director of Sales Operations, you will be tasked with ensuring all clients, internal and external, are strategically “heard” throughout each process, policy, training, and procedure developed and implemented. Compliance and awareness are crucial to the success of 2020 Companies.

    Within this role, you would be managing multiple projects concurrently, exercising your problem-solving skills while analyzing data to build better processes. We are seeking a strategic and analytical thinker who can identify, develop, and maintain the infrastructure needed to successfully achieve greatness.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure for new and existing accounts
    • Lead administrator for SalesForce.com (SFDC) with the assistance of the Salesforce architect
    • Oversee programs and action plans and regularly evaluate the department's progress to meet company and departmental productivity goals
    • Establish, manage, review and identify areas of improvement for Single-Point-of-Contact and Data Entry processes
    • Assist in establishing and maintaining departmental time lines and priorities
    • Develop, maintain and communicate knowledge, awareness and understanding of company policies and procedures, goals, objectives and strategies within Retail Operations
    • Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating weekly project list to stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain an effective department through proper selection, training and assignment of personnel
    • Reviews monthly performance reports and assure proper and timely resolution of personnel issues, complaints and conflicts
    • Create and maintain a culture of accountability and ensure adequate training
    • Ensure business conducted within the organization is of the highest ethical and professional standards
    • Handle all escalated operational field issues and provide resolution and feedback to field leadership regarding best practices, challenges and opportunities
    • Participate in development and preparation of annual budget for Retail Operations; and adjust programs and strategies to meet financial objectives
    • Perform all others duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
    • 7-10 years of relevant experience
    • Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide concise regular business summaries and deliver presentations to all levels
    • Ability to develop high level of credibility and positive professional working relationships with team members, peers and upper management
    • Ability to motivate staff and effectively resolve performance issues
    • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
    • Ability to show judgment and initiative to make decisions and problem solve
    • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
    • Available to work flexible hours if necessary to support field staff in different time zones
