We are seeking an Internal Recruiter for our New York office! The Internal Recruiter will source, screen, select and assess candidates at the graduate and/or experienced level to ensure the best possible candidate pool is being accessed to help the growth of the business is as seamless as possible from start to finish.

Required Experience:

• A strong track record in a consultative recruitment environment dealing with fast-moving organizations as well as top talent from graduates to experienced hires.
• A good understanding of a recruitment life cycle including headhunting (via linked in, calling and referrals), advertising, selection, assessment, offer management and on boarding.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the contingent recruitment business model.
• A consultative recruiter or search professional who appreciates the value of top talent.
