  • Responsibilities

    Are you a reporting guru with superb Excel skills and an eye for detail? Do you enjoy problem solving? If so, you may be a great fit as an Operations Admin!

    As a Retail Operations Admin you would have a keen eye for detail within the sales operations department, as well as advanced administrative skills

    You would be responsible for ensuring that the quality and quantity of work produced, supporting business growth as envisioned by 2020 Companies according to business needs, business goals, and company culture.

    • Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both field management and internal operations teams

    • Ensure data in reporting systems are updated and current

    • Courteously receive internal and external customer calls; route calls when necessary

    • Ensure new agent informaiton is appropriately communicated to internal/external clients (uniform information, system usernames/passwords, etc)

    • Respond to and resolve payroll issues in a timely manner

    • Receive and send packages and general mail; order supplies as needed

    • Effectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheets

    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

    • Support customers by answering inquiries regarding departmental updates

    • Copy, file, fax

    • Perform all other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • 1 year administrative and/or customer service experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively; paying close attention to detail

    • Demonstrate initiative and follow-up with customers

    • Basic working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
