    The CVO Privileging/Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to their respective team by assisting in the privileging or licensing processes.

    The CVO Privileging/Licensing Coordinator may conduct research regarding clinicians' verifications, enter clinician information into the database, scan, mail, email and/or fax documents, among other tasks as requested. They may also be asked to perform and oversee specific projects.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

    Assists CVO/Licensing associates with their respective processes - 75%

    • Prepopulates clinician applications
    • Researches contacts for clinician work history, malpractice coverage, case logs, etc.
    • Compiles and sends out requests for verifications
    • Follows up on and obtains verifications
    • Proactively communicates information and updates to Production, CVO partners, and Management
    • Resolves or appropriately escalates inquiries and concerns

    Updates clinician profiles and documents in the company database - 25%

    • Enters clinician information into the database
    • Uploads documents into the document management system

    SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

    • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
    • May process full or partial files as necessary according to the clients’ or boards’ standards

    SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

    • May communicate to clinicians, medical facilities, and licensing boards

    QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
    • Working knowledge of document management systems
    • Strong customer service mindset
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong communication skills - both oral and written
    • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
    • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
