As a Recruiter, you play a critical role in matching outstanding companies with outstanding candidates.
On the client side, you’ll be sourcing new business and working closely with their hiring managers to determine what their hiring needs are and how Michel Page can provide the best solution.
On the candidate side, you will be managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing to interviewing them, helping with offer management, and ultimately placing them into their next career.
As a Recruiter you will:
Manage and build your own portfolio of business from new to existing candidates and clients
Build close partnerships with clients and provide the best hiring solutions to attract top candidates
Determine qualified candidates by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references, and comparing client’s needs to candidates’ qualifications
Network to build business information that be converted into commercial opportunities
Build and maintain expertise in the field you recruit for and the job market as a whole
