    The individuals in this position will be trained to support the organization’s business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants. Experience the opportunity to make a difference and challenge yourself as you achieve your performance goals.

    In this role you will:

    • Meet the production goals for the quarter by adding consultants to your database and assigning consultants to assignments
      
    • Source consultants with critical skills to fill the position and build a database of talent
      
    • Obtain referrals from other consultants and user managers, direct recruiting, network with personal contacts
      
    • Recruit, identify, select and pre-qualify candidates to the roles they’ll be a great fit for
      
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, to interviewing, to offer letter and acceptance
      
    • Maintain and develop relationships with consultants currently on assignment and act as an education consultant about Oxford’s benefits and policies. 
      
    • Input consultant information, contract history, market leads and all communication notes into Oxford’s database
      
    • Attend training meetings to develop recruiting skills, exchange pertinent account information and help to develop account strategies
      
  • Qualifications

    Education Bachelor's Level Degree

    Experience 0-2 years of work experience
