We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will:

• Be the “air traffic controller” for all candidates and clients, crafting an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process (and always be thinking of ways to enhance it).
• Engage and activate candidates; cultivate relationships and follow up throughout the interview process.
• Manage the candidate workflow in our applicant tracking system.
• Conduct research on new clients and market trends.
• Own extensive multi-person calendar coordination and confirmations with clients, candidates, and internal partners.
