GQR Global Markets are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Trainer to join our growing Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for conducting and facilitating all training activity for new hires and working with Team Managers and Leadership to drive continuous improvement on key skills in our Santa Monica office.

Reporting to the Head of L&D in New York, this role would suit an experienced recruiter looking to transition into L&D or an existing Sales Trainer. Exceptional growth potential on offer in this role as we continue to develop our L&D function across multiple offices and teams, in a highly incentivized environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a 24-week induction program for new hires
• Providing regular feedback to Team Heads and recommending additional training where necessary
• At the desk call coaching on basic recruitment activity
• Being accountable for learning outcomes
• Coordinating logistics for classroom and virtual training sessions
• Continuously developing training skills and methods
• Maintaining strong knowledge of company and recruitment processes
• Conducting refresher and remedial training sessions as needed
• Assisting with preparation of course materials, handouts and manuals related to training
• Tracking recruitment activity and KPIs through company CRM system

• 2+ years Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational, planning, communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional administrative and time management skills
• Ability to effectively present information, coach and train employees
• Strong motivation, initiative and a positive attitude
• Proficient with MS office applications, including Power Point
