As a talent investigator you will work closely with the recruitment team and initially be responsible for the ‘front end’ of the recruiting process.

We will train you to:

Find and filter qualified candidates to build a talent pipeline
Utilize creative means, advanced online search technologies, and established best practices to research and source potential candidates to develop a diverse slate of qualified candidates. Review and proofread resumes meticulously Use our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn, to track and organize candidates and resumes

You’ll have exposure to emerging tech start-ups , and you’ll be the one finding them the talent that brings them to the next level.

Resourceful and techy Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, a sense of urgency, and a positive outlook. Thrive on new challenges and have a “no job is too big or too small” attitude. Sense of humor is a plus! BS/BA degree.
