Sprint has partnered with 2020 Companies to offer cutting-edge wireless phones and service in your neighborhood. As a result, we need Full Time Entry-Level Retail Representatives. While retail experience is preferred, it's not necessary; we will train you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a total sales solution to retail customers regarding their wireless/mobility needs

• Provide features and benefits of the latest wireless technology, accessories and service plans

• Maximize customer connections; saving them money, personalizing the their experience, protecting their investment

• Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Client brand

• Meet or exceed key performance objectives that include sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Make certain accurate customer account set-up so they are ready to use when leaving the store

• Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues

• Complete all courses in your curriculum path with the required times frames

• Comply with all operational policies and procedures

• Six months retail sales or related experience

• Absent a reasonable accommodation or military obligation, employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
