IENA (International Exchange of North America) is currently seeking a part-time Staffing Specialist for its various programs at its Hackettstown, New Jersey headquarters. This is a seasonal position lasting from January – June 2018 and will pay $15 an hour for up to 30 hours/week.

This is an office based position with the occasional option to telecommute. Some evening and weekend work required. This position will provide administrative support for our J1 Camp Counselor and Summer Work Travel programs.

The successful candidate will also provide direct customer service for all our program participants. The position requires a strong degree of initiative and versatility to deal with the various support and operational aspects of our exchange programs.

• High School Diploma
• Some College experience
• Experience working at a Summer Camp (Preferred, but not required)

IENA began in 1995 and offers a more personal approach to Cultural Exchange Programs for the Summer Camp, Hospitality and Retail Industries. Company owners are directly involved with the applicants and visit during the summer. In addition to providing International students the opportunity to work at thousands of hotel, restaurant and retail sites in culture rich tourist areas, to date, IENA has helped over 80,000 participants learn and share with American children at over 500 summer camps, across the USA. IENA is designated as a J-1 Visa sponsor by the US Department of State.
