We're hiring for our account executive role - it's a unique hybrid of sourcing leads (business development work) and closing business (account executive work) that's rare to find for early career sales positions.
Day-to-day, here's what's involved:
Calling prospective business owners & hiring managers - often 100+ phone calls/day
Qualifying leads and selling our candidate recruitment solution - helping managers save time, and find better candidates
Following up with customers and keeping them engaged in the sales process
Successful candidates in this role will be able to clear $70,000 in annual earnings between base salary and commission. The role starts off with a base salary of $30,000, but with frequent increases in compensation and seniority available for the most successful candidates.
