Ozoola Apartment Finder is looking for Apartment Lease Managers to assist our clients in finding apartments that fit their needs and tracking the process through lease signature. This role will be to hit sales targets while providing incredible customer service. More than anything we want people who wish to learn and build a great start-up.

What you will do:

• Schedule apartment showings and drive sales revenue through signed leases
• Receive, call and email new leads that are assigned daily and continue active follow-up.
• Actively manage the support process, including scheduling, presentation rental options, and ensuring great customer experience.
• Manage a pipeline of clients through inbound leads and outbound referrals.
• Identify each client’s unique rental needs and find recommendations that match those needs.
• Be organized - maintain a CRM with leads and effectively manage an account set, keep detailed and accurate notes of sales related activities.

Who you are:

• 0-2 years sales experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment with a desire to learn and grow within a start-up.

We allow for a flexible work environment, ideally, we would like the candidate to be located primarily out of Austin, but we are open to working remotely on a temporary basis.
