• Managing a broadcast team for a multi-court coverage event
• Deploying and tracking broadcast equipment
• Planning and executing on-site and off-site social media strategy
• Spearheading on-site and off-site marketing efforts for Baller.TV's core subscription product
• Making qualitative observations and reporting on venues
• Communicating regularly with Regional GMs and our Los Angeles headquarters on event statuses

As a potential Site Lead Intern for Baller.TV, you are:

• Passionate about sports. You follow B/R, FoxSports and/or ESPN and you’re ready to defend your favorite teams and players against all haters.
• A point guard in life. Excellent communication skills. Top-notch game planner. A floor general with a knack for leading by example.
• Looking to develop a career in sports media or marketing. At Baller.TV we’re proud to put in the extra reps so we can stay working in the sports industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled college student (SO, JR, SR) or recent graduate.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter.
• Ability to lift equipment in excess of 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
• Prior experience working with Slack, Trello, Google Docs/Sheets and other office software a plus, but not necessary.
