  • Responsibilities

    Maintain all financial records in an organized manner with fast, easy retrieval of documents a primary goal and simple, effective archiving a secondary goal.

    Responsibilities include:

    • AR/AP
    • Payroll, Payroll tax filings
    • Local, regional, state tax report preparation and filing 
    • Account Reconciliations
    • B & O filings
    • Invoicing 
    • General ledger entries
    • Business reports and financial statement generation in excel.
    • Safe counts
    • Register counts and management.
    • Bank Deposit
    • Communicate with CPA firm with tax issues or questions.
    • Inventory reconciliations.
    • Licensing renewals.

  • Qualifications
    • Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High proficiency with QuickBooks is required
    • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
    • An expert multi-tasker (80% of the workload is going to involve multi-tasking)
    • A proactive, highly communicative problem solver
    • Knowledge of new software tools & automation of processes.
    • Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with the public whether by phone, e-mail or in person.
