What You’ll Do

You’ll help ensure a positive and productive client experience for all of our new marketplace brands through diligent communication and thoughtful response.

While you’ll be in a client-facing role, the opportunities to get involved in and learn from other aspects of the business will be plentiful. Through constant team conversations with our tech and business leaders, you’ll not only be able to learn about the inner workings of a fast-paced NYC startup, but actively contribute to its success.

Requirements for the Brand Onboarding Associate include:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• This position requires that candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
• A plus if you have familiarity using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• A plus if you have coding knowledge and experience with several languages/tools: Ruby, Python, Javascript, HTML/CSS, React Native
• Excellent communication skills (email, video conferencing, phone)
• Excellent time management skills
• A deep interest in startups and entrepreneurship
• Superb attention to detail
