We're a profitable startup building a new company to spin out. The company is called Upstream and it is a social professional network around getting and giving help. We have a small but growing community and the main responsibility will be to help the team help the people in the community.

Your role starts off as an internship working with the CEO/founder but can very quickly become a full-time job. The role will touch business development, product, marketing, community, analytics, and anything else you want it to.

You will be working hand and hand with the founding team (5 of us) and be given direction and help. But to be successful you will need to be a self-starter and someone that figures things out and gets stuff done.

• We don't care where you go to school or what your GPA is. If you have the self-start gene, get things done, and always find a way to make things happen - you are qualified.
• The ideal person is someone that is hungry to break into the startup/tech scene and wants to work with a team that knows what they are doing to help accelerate their career.
• If you are a good communicator, work hard and smart, and want a challenge - this is the right role for you.
