  • Responsibilities

    Manage a Pipeline of Targets:

    • You will have a portfolio of companies that our clients need help understanding and approaching. Your job will be to manage this pipeline and recruit former executives for short-term consulting projects with our clients.

    Identify and Contact the Best Candidates:

    • You will translate our clients' needs into candidate profiles and find the right fits. Getting creative in your research goes a long way here!

    Be Our First Impression:

    • You’ll be the first impression many executives have of our company; you’ll be persuasive, empathetic, responsive and resourceful. On the phone, you will vet and evaluate the candidate to find the best fit for the client.

    • 0-2 years experience: an entry level position perfect if you want to learn a lot in a startup environment and be depended on to serve a key function from day one.

    • Time Management: know how to organize and prioritize your workload, finding creative solutions to any problem you face

    • Polished and Articulate Communicator: You write great emails that are short, effective, and easy to read. In the cases where that doesn’t work, you pick up the phone. You sound like a real person.

    • Good with People: You build rapport immediately, can communicate with all types, and quickly get people on your side. People come away from conversations liking you.
