Radical is a social app that's in stealth mode.

The Launcher helps plan and execute the launch of Radical at college campuses around the US.

Once on a campus, the Launcher must simultaneously:

• Recruit and train a Student Influencers
• Work with existing student organizations
• Execute the Radical marketing strategy to scale the user base and increase brand visibility
• Form relationships with campus press
• Execute guerilla marketing tactics
• Inspire students to adopt our product
• Help create fun and interesting content; video production skills are a plus
• Communicate feedback to the product team
• Throw a legendary launch event
• Anything the company needs; it's a startup and we all wear multiple hats

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• 1 to 3+ years of marketing or operations management experience (or related)
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, psychology, marketing, or communications

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Experience creating, executing, and tracking a marketing plan
• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams
• Have weathered an early startup environment; can handle things without much direction
• Greek life experience
