    Community Manager

    • Front Desk: Develop a Rapport with Members and Welcome Visitors from Front Desk
    • CRM: Prospecting, Member Tours, Email Correspondence, Phone Support, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding Members
    • Management System: Maintain Space and Resource Allocation
    • Member Support: Ad-Hoc Member Requests and Inquiries
    • Community Outreach: Program Community Events, Newsletter and Social Media
    • Operations: Develop and Maintain SOPs Playbook, Manage Facility Aesthetic and Maintenance
    • Performance Reporting: Develop KPI’s and Present Summary Monthly Management Reports

    Requirements

    • College Graduate or Graduating Spring 2018.
    • Very Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
    • Exceptional Organizational and Multitasking Skills.
    • Must Demonstrate Integrity, Accountability, Strong Work Ethic, Empathy and Desire to Learn.
    • A desire to Work in a Dynamic Environment - Startup Culture.
    • Proficient in Digital Office Solutions, Social Media, Email, Spreadsheets, and Presentations.
