    What You’ll Do

    You’ll help ensure a positive and productive client experience for all of our customers through diligent communication and thoughtful response.

    This includes responsibilities like:

    • Answering marketplace questions from our marketplace retailers and brands, via messaging and phone
    • Monitoring KPIs to assess customer engagement, health, and potential risks of churn.
    • Taking ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, and escalate when necessary
    • Verifying retailer status via state portals and independent research
    • Participating in strategy meetings as we discuss new features and solve user pain points
    • Writing support articles to help with common user challenges
    • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

    While you’ll be in a client-facing role, the opportunities to get involved in and learn from other aspects of the business will be plentiful. Through constant team conversations with our tech and business leaders, you’ll not only be able to learn about the inner workings of a fast-paced NYC startup, but actively contribute to its success.

  • Qualifications

    Requirements for the Customer Experience Associate include:

    • BA/BS degree preferred
    • This position requires that candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • A deep interest in startups and entrepreneurship
    • Superb attention to detail
    • Previous customer support, sales, or related experience preferred
    • Retail industry experience or interest is a plus
