Act as the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.
Accept ownership for effectively handling customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound emails, phone calls and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist the customer by responding to questions and concerns at each stage of the Behalf transaction process (pre-submit, transaction review, approval, payout and repayment).
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Monitor all customer activity in order to identify and assess trends, as well as suggest actions that can ensure achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Interact proactively with customers and up-sell in ways that will help them find success by extracting maximum value from our product
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Bachelors degree (Business, Finance, Economics or similar)
Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Proven competitive streak a plus
