• Act as the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.

• Accept ownership for effectively handling customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound emails, phone calls and live chat in a professional and timely manner

• Assist the customer by responding to questions and concerns at each stage of the Behalf transaction process (pre-submit, transaction review, approval, payout and repayment).

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Monitor all customer activity in order to identify and assess trends, as well as suggest actions that can ensure achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction

• Interact proactively with customers and up-sell in ways that will help them find success by extracting maximum value from our product

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Bachelors degree (Business, Finance, Economics or similar)

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Proven competitive streak a plus
