Assist the customer by responding to questions and concerns at each stage of the Behalf transaction process (pre-submit, transaction review, approval, payout and repayment).

Monitor all customer activity in order to identify and assess trends, as well as suggest actions that can assure achievement of the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Interact proactively with customers and up-sell in ways that will help them find success by extracting maximum value from our product.
