  • Responsibilities

    You will onboard new customers and help with customer support. We will fly you out to do a 1-week training in NYC and then you will work alongside the founders of Riley at Riley HQ in San Francisco.

  • Qualifications
    • Someone who is fast/efficient with handling user tickets, questions, etc.
    • You should be able to empathize with users, make them feel happy, etc.
    • We want to provide an experience that our users love.
