We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team!

    What you'll be doing:

    • Document, report and track bugs. Communicate with the product team and customers to prioritize and resolve.
    • Discuss and report new feature requests from clients to the product team.
    • Troubleshoot reported bugs with customers (set up meetings and screen-share if needed).
    • Answer all Kaleo Help questions.
    • Monthly infographic generation.
    • Some document conversion to Q&A for existing and new customers
    • Create reports for each customer’s usage.

    • Experience using Microsoft Excel
